Global disruptions — pandemics, climate change and social justice — are prompting organizations to rethink how they operate and create value. Today’s leaders must be able to design and implement strategies to solve complex challenges while remaining aligned with an organization’s mission, goals and core values.
This three-course certificate program prepares professionals to tackle pressing organizational challenges through strategic thinking and leadership. You’ll examine the key conditions involved in developing business strategies and collaborate in small teams to move a strategy through its full lifecycle, from initiation and implementation to performance evaluation and future recommendations.
