Participation

Active participation in, and engagement with, the learning environment and course content are essential for success in all UW Professional & Continuing Education programs and courses.

Students are expected to engage actively with the course material and complete assigned readings, interactive exercises and assessments, as well as participate in discussions and forums specific to their program. These expectation support an interactive and immersive learning environment where students are active participants in their own educational journey and benefit from the diverse perspectives and experiences of others.

Attendance

There is no formal attendance requirement for UWPCE programs. Instead, students are expected to follow the participation expectations outlined by their instructor.
