About This Course

This course covers the laws, regulations and policies governing Washington state employers with regard to employees. You’ll develop practical skills and learn useful tools for managing employee relations. We’ll explore key areas of employment laws, such as anti-discrimination, leave, progressive discipline and workplace privacy.
