About This Course

You’ll get ready to launch your human resources career by developing your own comprehensive HR plan. Through a course-long team project, you’ll get an in-depth perspective on both strategy and operations of key human resources functions, including budgeting, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruiting, learning and development, and the HR generalist and HR business partner roles. You’ll learn typical workflows and regulatory requirements for each function and how to apply your competencies in a future role. We’ll also discuss how to work with the rest of the HR team to resolve issues and avoid common errors that can jeopardize your success.
