About This Course

In this course, you’ll learn how to create, load and transform data into relational and non-relational databases. You’ll examine the similarities and differences between several relational and non-relational databases by developing on-premise and cloud-hosted Microsoft SQL Server and Databricks databases.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to design dimensional data models

  • How to create and use on-premise SQL Server OLAP relational databases,

  • How to create and use cloud-based SQL Server, and Databricks databases

  • How to create simple data integration processes using data extraction, transformation and loading processes
