About This Course

In this course, you'll study the primary dimensions and aspects of program management. You’ll learn the differences between programs, projects and portfolios, and you’ll explore the structure, purpose and operation of the program management office. We’ll also study the history, definition and strategy of program management.

You’ll learn the critical importance of program benefits management, how to ensure the realization of program benefits, program governance structure and the program manager’s governance responsibilities. We’ll also introduce organizational transformation, which entails actions required to transform delivery into benefits, and ultimately into value.
