About This Course

This course focuses on the nonprofit organization’s relationship with the external community. You’ll learn what nonprofit branding is, how it supports the nonprofit organization’s mission, and also how nonprofits can build and protect their brands. We’ll explore the philanthropic landscape and history nationally and locally, as well as the intersection of philanthropy, the nonprofit sector and social justice. You’ll gain tools, best practices and templates for navigating sexism, racism, classism and general differences among staff and community-based supporters.

  • The fundraising landscape and how to develop fundraising plans and case statements
